Founded in 2018, Women in GI is a dynamic group of faculty, trainees and advanced practice providers dedicated to advancing career development, networking and mentorship for women in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. The group convenes quarterly for informal meetings to assess the status of women in the division and strategize on achieving their mission and vision. Additionally, Women in GI maintains robust electronic connections to celebrate accomplishments, address daily challenges, discuss relevant literature and promote their impactful work.
