Holidays
- May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- June 19, 2024 (Juneteenth) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- July 4, 2024 (Independence Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- Nov. 25-Dec. 1, 2024 (Thanksgiving/Fall Break) — All Phase 3 students off via combined CC days and holiday days
- Dec. 23-Jan. 5, 2025 (Winter Break) — All Phase 3 students off
- Jan. 20, 2025 (MLK Day) — Students on required rotations (not electives) may be required to work on this holiday
- March 21, 2025 (Match Day) — All Phase 3 students off
Students on clinical rotations may have clinical shifts on select holidays based on the way those holidays fall on the rotation schedule. Students on clinical rotations should submit a Time Away/Schedule Conflicts Request Form ahead of time to request time off on these holidays.
