The IU School of Medicine GME House Staff Forum strives to provide a forum for residents and fellows to communicate and exchange information on their educational and work environment, their programs, and other issues. The House Staff Forum allows residents and fellows to address concerns in a confidential and protected manner without fear of intimidation or retaliation.
House Staff Forum representatives connect directly with leaders in IU School of Medicine and affiliated hospitals. In addition to meeting bimonthly to discuss the educational and work environment for GME programs at IU School of Medicine, House Staff Forum representatives conduct subcommittees and lead projects designed to improve the resident/fellow experience.
