Bio

Why IU Triple Board: Mostly just the vibes. I hate when people say, “it’s the people”, but that’s pretty accurate. I just vibe well with my coresidents and vibe well with my attendings. It’s a good environment and very supportive.  ?  Any involvement (tracks, leadership positions): Health Equity GME Pathway  House Staff Forum, Treasurer  Psychiatry Research Track  ? Highlights you’ve enjoyed thus far: I love my preceptor (Dr. Klausmeier) and all of the staff at my pediatric continuity clinic (Eskenazi W. 38th St.). I also loved psychotherapy didactics with Dr. Patterson and engaging with my psychotherapy patients. The other side of the coin is just enjoying all the free time I have spent with my coresidents, especially rock-climbing competitions at North Mass Boulder, brewery trivia at Guggman Haus, board game nights and Gen Con, movies at IMAX and the local arthouse (Kan Kan), and endless food with the pediatrics residents with whom I started intern year. (Plus hammocking with my dog Theo and my boyfriend.)  ?  Future career plans: Not totally sure, but at least predominantly something with inpatient child psych, potentially consults or emergency psych.
