Fellowship Training

As part of its educational mission, the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep and Occupational Medicine offers ACGME accredited fellowship programs.

We serve five major hospitals in the Indianapolis area, have several premier specialty clinics and are involved in a wide array of medical education programs.

Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship

This fellowship features two tracks: pulmonary and critical care medicine. Each track focuses on the advancement of clinical skills, scientific knowledge, and ethical standards of trainees to prepare them for a career as clinicians, educators or scientists.

Sleep Medicine Fellowship

In this ACGME-accredited program, fellows gain clinical experience in the areas of adult sleep, pediatric sleep, sleep psychology, otolaryngology and dental sleep.

Neurocritical Care Fellowship

This program provides clinical training in trauma, neurological, neurosurgical and neurovascular disorders at one of the largest Neurocritical Care Units in the country.

Advanced Lung Disease and ECMO Fellowship

This fellowship offers comprehensive training in the fields of lung transplant, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), pulmonary hypertension and interstitial lung disease.

T32 Fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Pulmonary

This predoctoral and postdoctoral training program in adult and pediatric pulmonary and critical care medicine trains new generations of learners to become outstanding researchers or entrepreneurs.
