As internal communications manager at Indiana University School of Medicine, Teresa Dunn directs the planning and execution of strategic communications for students, faculty and staff across nine statewide campuses. She oversees the school’s primary internal communications platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the MedNet intranet, ensuring consistent, timely messaging that supports institutional priorities. Her responsibilities include collaborating with executive leaders, supporting crisis and change communications, and analyzing metrics to enhance communication effectiveness.
Prior to joining the School of Medicine, Teresa managed youth sustainability initiatives with Indiana University Bloomington, The Nature Conservancy’s North America Cities team and regional nonprofits. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University, completing her master’s program in 2017.
