Communications Specialist
Jasmin Cheairs serves as the communications specialist at Indiana University School of Medicine where she supports the school’s mission by producing strategic multimedia content and helping with communications initiatives. In this role, she develops promotional materials, writes and edits content for platforms, and helps highlight the stories and achievements of faculty, staff and students across the school.
Her work contributes to raising awareness of programs and resources, as well as strengthening connections within the IU School of Medicine community.
Before joining the communications team in 2024, Jasmin gained experience in writing, media production and public engagement through academic and professional roles. She holds a master's degree in public relations and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Ball State University.
