Faculty psychologists throughout the Department of Pediatrics engage in a variety of clinical practice, research, program development and teaching activities, all focused on enhancing the health and wellbeing of patients and their families. Faculty psychologists are embedded within medical subspecialty divisions in the department, reflecting the interdisciplinary needs of the pediatric health care environment.

Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Psychology
Training Director: Kelly Donahue, PhD
Fellows will provide clinical care within multidisciplinary subspecialty teams, with opportunities available across many aspects of pediatric psychology.
This one-year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology allows for further specialization in areas of clinical care provided by psychologists within the Department of Pediatrics. Clinical care (three days/week) predominantly occurs within multidisciplinary subspecialty teams across major and minor rotation(s) as chosen by the fellow. Additional time (one day/week) is also protected for research/program development activities, with specific goals developed in collaboration between the fellow and faculty supervisors within their major rotation area(s).
The Indiana Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Program

The Indiana LEND program, housed within the Division of Developmental Medicine, provides an interdisciplinary training experience that prepares graduate and post graduate professionals from numerous health, education and related disciplines to deliver high quality services which result in improved systems of care for persons with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental and related disabilities (including cognitive disabilities, neurodegenerative and acquired neurological disorders) and their families. The faculty of the Indiana LEND program provide direct patient care services through IU Health as well as performing many other functions, including advocacy, research, technical assistance, continuing education, and training.
The Indiana University School of Medicine Clinical Psychology Internship Program
Several faculty psychologists from the Department of Pediatrics serve as elective rotation supervisors for the psychology doctoral internship program, housed in the Department of Psychiatry.
Ann Lagges, PhD, is the training director for the internship. Jennifer Vohs, PhD, and Noha Minshawi-Patterson, PhD, are the assistant training directors.
Three of the tracks focus on pediatric patients: Child/Pediatric Psychology, Child/Autism, and Pediatric Neuropsychology.
