Bio
Dr. Jonathan Richardson has a PsyD from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, and completed his internship at the University of Michigan counseling center. He has worked at the IU Health Charis Center for Eating Disorders for all 18 years of his fully licensed professional life, working mainly with adults with both restrictive and bingeing eating disorders. He has training in EMDR, DBT and Internal Family Systems therapy, and runs outpatient DBT and binge eating groups as well as seeing individuals. He lives with his wife, four children, a dog, a cat, two rabbits and a yard full of native plants.
