After the project is complete and data has been generated, the center shares the data with the user. The raw sequence data will be archived. But the Center for Medical Genomics is not responsible for the potential data loss after a month from the date the data is shared.
In the rare event that the users lose their copy of data and the center still has the raw data, a fee is charged for raw data retrieval and data processing. The fee follows the standard charge schedule determined by the Bioinformatics Core.
