The Chemical Genomics Core Facility (CGCF) at the Indiana University School of Medicine seeks to provide sophisticated services and collaborations on small molecule informatics, design, syntheses and analysis by LCQTOF and NMR for academic and industrial investigators.
The CGCF is located in the Van Nuys Medical Science Building in Indianapolis. The core is equipped with LCQTOF, NMR with cryoprobe, five hoods for chemical synthesis, preparative HPLCs, flash purification systems, a microwave reactor and collections of 227,680 diversified small molecules.
