Hello prospective applicants! Thank you for your interest in the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Our main goal is to provide fellows with an excellent training experience that will prepare them for their careers as neuroradiologists. This program has been uniquely designed so that fellows can become adept in all areas of diagnostic neuroimaging. We believe that the abundant and diverse neuropathology you will encounter during your time here as well as the year-long educational curriculum (e.g. weekly didactic series, case conferences, and research) will help you become subject experts in your field.
We offer 5 ACGME-accredited positions per year with additional opportunity for the 2nd year fellowship training for highly qualified candidates. The 2nd year of fellowship can be tailored to individual interests including Adanced neuroradiology, Head and Neck radiology, and Pediatric Neuroradiology.
Beyond that, you will find that the program faculty at IU School of Medicine are deeply invested in their trainees. At our program, you will work side by side with some of the world’s most renowned neuroradiologists. Close mentorship is also available to you throughout the year as you begin to navigate your career in either academic medicine or private practice.
Last but not least, we are focused on the wellbeing of our fellows. The program’s close-knit community and camaraderie both in and outside the reading rooms continues to be one of the many strengths of our outstanding program. Our fellows’ excellent reputation and hiring history is a testament to the academic strength and clinical excellence of our program.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions about the program as you begin the application process.
