Our renowned residency offers top-tier training in diagnostic radiology, with additional residencies in diagnostic imaging physics and interventional radiology, providing unparalleled opportunities to excel in medical imaging.

Fellowship

The department proudly hosts a large fellowship training program with 12 fellowships covering major radiological subspecialties. Fellows receive training at seven different IU Health hospitals.

Undergraduate Degrees

Part of IU School of Medicine’s Health Professions Program, the department offers three unique undergraduate degrees in radiography, nuclear medicine technology and medical imaging technology.

Medical Student Education

Imaging is a core component of clinical diagnosis. Medical students perform a month-long clerkship dedicated to learning the fundamentals of radiology, diversifying and strengthening the foundation of their medical education.
