Indianapolis Room Reservation Resources
Student Organization Policy: Indianapolis Student Interest Groups (SIGs) should be registered with IU-Indianapolis as a Registered Student Organization (RSO). This is not a requirement for groups supported by departments (Service Learning Coalition and Wellness Coalition), student committees, or events planned by students not tied to a SIG event. SIGs can learn more about registering with IUI if they have not already via IUI Student Affairs. RSOs are required to register their event in advance on The Spot; through that process SIGs can get room reservations set up for them. - Reserve with the 25LivePro Room Scheduling Tool. Individuals who do not have an approved 25Live account or need to request for outside business hours, should email medrooms@iu.edu.
- Individuals who wish to activate a 25Live account should log into the platform and then email medrooms@iu.edu to request an account. Please share your role and rationale for an account in the email
- Van Nuys Medical Sciences and Daly Student Center
- For reservations during business hours (9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday), reserve with the 25LivePro Room Scheduling Tool.
- For events outside business hours, email medrooms@iu.edu and add “AFTER HOURS” in the subject line.
- Ruth Lilly Medical Library Study Rooms
- Health Informatics & Translational Sciences (HITS) and Emerson Hall
