MD training

For medical students interested in gaining experience in radiation oncology, the IU School of Medicines offers third- and fourth-year elective clerkship rotations at clinical facilities on the IU School of Medicine—Indianapolis campus.

Residency training

Our residency training includes a clinical radiation oncology program and a medical physics program. The Radiation Oncology Residency provides clinical practice experience, patient care training and exposure to scientific research. The Medical Physics Residency covers basic physics, treatment planning, daily treatment setups and brachytherapy calculations.
