The Diagnostic Genomics Laboratory provides competitive clinical germline genomic testing services to IU School of Medicine, IU Health and the state of Indiana. Enabled by state-of-the-art next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology and advanced bioinformatic infrastructure, the laboratory currently offers clinical rapid genome sequencing. Locally, we provide high-quality genomic testing in support of the Undiagnosed Rare Disease Clinic. The Diagnostic Genomics Laboratory was founded in 2022 under the direction of Marwan Tayeh, PhD, FACMG, and Francesco Vetrini, PhD, FACMG.
