IU School of Medicine’s Evansville campus offers the same four-year medical education curriculum that’s available at all the school’s statewide campuses, which facilitates a continuity of learning, teaching and community involvement. Centralized on six competencies and mastery of core information, IU School of Medicine—Evansville provides an organized learning experience for medical students to gain the skills and knowledge needed for graduation, residency, internships and beyond.
In addition to the traditional curriculum, the Evansville campus also provides a specialized Mental Health in Medicine Track for students who are focused on mental health with a base in primary care.
No matter the track chosen, all IU School of Medicine—Evansville students receive quality third- and fourth-year clerkships and electives with highly trained and experiences physicians and residents, in a variety of clinical facilities in the tri-state area.
