A dark background with a sparkly swatch through the lower half advertises the Trustees' Teaching Award. Text states to nominate an outstanding educator by Jan. 9.

Nominate an excellent educator for the Trustees' Teaching Award

Learners, residents, fellows, postdocs, faculty and staff: You know someone worth recognizing! Honor excellent educators by nominating those you know for the IU Trustees' Teaching Award. To nominate, write a short paragraph that explains how a faculty member meets the criteria and complete the form linked above by Jan. 9.

A graphic shows a head-and-shoulders photo of Lauren Nephew, MD, inside a white photo frame, positioned on top of a faded background that shows a series of stepping stones in water. Text overlaying the image says, "Stepping Stones of Leadership Series featuring Lauren D. Nephew, MD, MA, MSCE, Jan. 13."

Peek inside the life and career journeys of leaders

Tune into Stepping Stones — a live, online, video podcast-style interview series — to be inspired by the life, career and leadership journeys of IU School of Medicine leaders. Lauren Nephew, MD, MA, MSCE, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, is the featured guest for January.

Partial screenshots of the three rubrics are shown, overlapping one another as if in a pile on a table. The text reads, "Faculty Annual Review Rubrics: Implementation Date Changed from 2026 to 2027: What you need to know"
