Lifestyle Interventions for the Treatment of Early-Onset Alzheimer's Disease Study

The Lifestyle Interventions for the Treatment of Early-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease Study (LITES) is sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association and the National Institute of Aging (NIA) to evaluate a potential treatment option for individuals with Early-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease (EOAD). LITES is an interventional study that is open to participants enrolled in the LEADS study, ages 40-64, and classified as having amyloid-positive EOAD. All study procedures and visits will be completed remotely. The primary goal of LITES is to investigate if cognitive training and physical exercise improve cognition, functioning and mood in EOAD participants.
