Combating Mental Health Stigma: Video Series

Medical training is incredibly demanding, with medical learners experiencing higher rates of distress than the general population. Historically, however, medical trainees haven’t sought out mental health services; concerns about stigma contribute to their reluctance.

There are probably as many mental health stories as there are physicians. We asked IU physicians to share their mental health stories to explore the impact and importance of caring for one’s mental health.
