Diagnostic Genomics Laboratory

The Diagnostic Genomics Laboratory (DGL) at the Indiana University School of Medicine is an established genomics laboratory operating under the auspices of the IU Genetic Testing Laboratories within the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics, Division of Genetic/Genomic Diagnostics and Therapeutics. The DGL provides competitive clinical germline genomic testing services to IU Health and the state of Indiana. Enabled by state-of-the-art next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology and advanced bioinformatic infrastructure, the laboratory currently offers clinical rapid genome sequencing.
