About Matthew
Matthew Holley, PhD, is an assistant dean for faculty affairs and professional development. In his assistant dean role, Matt directs the Academy of Teaching Scholars and the Peer Review of Teaching programs, which are designed to help faculty develop evidenced-based teaching skills to support learners across the system. In addition, he co-directs the LAMP PLUS+ program. Dr. Holley is also vice-chair of faculty & staff affairs and professional development and associate clinical professor in the Department of Family Medicine. His academic research focuses on medical student education, faculty development, organizational leadership and community health.
