About Jamila
Jamila Fann is the part-time program coordinator for the Clinician Cluster Recruitment Initiative (CCRI) at the IU School of Medicine. In this role, she coordinates the tasks and daily operations of the program, which is designed to recruit faculty in cohorts and provide them with support, coaching and professional development opportunities.
Jamila holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. Her career has focused on health care advocacy and nonprofit work supporting youth, survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness.
