Preparing for your annual review: What to know about Elements

All faculty will be required to have an accurate, up-to-date listing of teaching, research and service activities loaded into their Elements account before annual reviews begin in January. Some data will be auto-populated, but you should expect to need to refine your listings manually. Find out what you need to know about Elements@IU.

Whether you plan to go up for promotion in 2026 or want to avoid a last-minute deluge of required activities when it's your turn to go up sometime in the future, plan to attend this introductory session on the promotion and tenure process. The session kicks off a series of workshops that lasts through December.
