Faculty annual review rubrics: Review, comment, ask questions

Due to a new state law, all faculty annual reviews will use standardized rubrics to assess faculty performance beginning in spring 2026. With a shared focus on fostering excellence in teaching, research, clinical care and service, our team is passionate about empowering faculty members to thrive and make a lasting impact in academic medicine. 

(We also like to come together to do good and have fun. At left, the FAPD team partnered with Random Acts of Flowers to create dozens of bouquets of flowers for patients at IU Health and other central Indiana hospitals.)
