Dec. 11 or 16: Conduct effective annual reviews using new process

The faculty annual review process will look different this year, with two major changes: the requirement to use Elements and the use of standardized performance rubrics. In this session, get specific information about how to conduct effective reviews in this new environment. Choose to attend Dec. 11 or Dec. 16.

With a shared focus on fostering excellence in teaching, research, clinical care and service, our team is passionate about empowering faculty members to thrive and make a lasting impact in academic medicine. 

(We also like to come together to do good and have fun. At left, the FAPD team partnered with Random Acts of Flowers to create dozens of bouquets of flowers for patients at IU Health and other central Indiana hospitals.)
