The Wellness Coalition, in collaboration with Medical Student Affairs, is excited to announce that our new feedback form is now available. This form is a way for students to anonymously provide feedback on past or current issues or opportunities that affect student wellness.
On the form, students will be able to identify areas of wellness that they feel are not being adequately prioritized and offer suggestions on how problems can be addressed. The goal of this form is to help the Wellness Coalition understand current needs so that we can not only plan better future events, but also so we can act as effective student liaisons with student affairs and curricular administration.
Our hope is that this new feedback form will be a rapid avenue to address wellness issues. We understand that wellness in medical school and the medical profession is multi-dimensional, complex and often involves systemic issues.
The Wellness Coalition form is a way to give our group feedback, but it was not designed to address every area for improvement that may be encountered during your medical education experience. For this reason, we would like to remind you of the other important ways to give the school feedback, which include:
- Mistreatment Reporting Form
- Strategic Student Survey (S3)
- ACE and SCL reps
- AAMC Y2Q
- AAMC GQ
- Course & Clerkship Evaluations
- Town Halls
- Intersessions Feedback
We value all of the feedback that you wish to provide, and we are looking forward to hearing from you!
