About Kim
Kim Richards joined Faculty Affairs and Professional Development in August 2026 as administrative coordinator. Her primary responsibility is to provide program support to the Faculty Development team.
Kim has been a part of the Indiana University Indianapolis community since 2007, beginning her career in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology before moving to the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Immediately prior to joining FAPD, she spent eleven years with the IU Indianapolis Graduate School.
Kim enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her two granddaughters. She enjoys camping, spending time outdoors and traveling.
