The GRE and/or subject tests are not required for admission; however, if submitted, the results are added to the applicant’s file for consideration.
Unofficial test scores and transcripts should be attached to the application. You should combine the transcript, marksheet (if applicable), diploma (if applicable), and degree certificate (if applicable) into one PDF per degree. If you earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree, then you should upload all your education documents for the bachelor’s degree as one PDF then all of your education documents for the master’s degree as a second PDF. We need these documents in their original language as well as certified English translations (if the originals are not in English).
Unofficial copies should be attached to the application.
Official education documents may be sent to the address below and arrive in the original, unopened envelope as issued by the originating institution. Official transcripts from U.S. institutions may be received via email tobiomed@iu.edudirectly from the awarding institution.
