About Terri
Terri Christopher is the executive director of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. With a rich background in health care human resources (HR), she has amassed extensive knowledge in employee relations. Terri oversees the executive and faculty recruitment, faculty affairs, and systems and operations teams, ensuring the smooth execution of faculty HR actions and providing essential support and consultation on faculty matters. She also supports the promotion and tenure review process.
Terri is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260) leadership and personality style tests, thanks to her training with the Myers-Briggs Company. Additionally, she is trained by Gallup as both an engagement coach and a strengths coach. Terri holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Ball State University.
