Qualified students who have completed rigorous POCUS work beyond the classroom and aspire to be POCUS leaders in their careers should consider applying to the two honor societies.

MS2s & MS3s: POCUS honor societies accepting applications

Two point-of-care ultrasound honor societies—Probe and Golden Probe—are accepting applications from students.

POCUS Golden Probe is accepting applications until March 31. It recognizes students who completed rigorous POCUS work beyond the classroom and aspire to be POCUS leaders in their careers.

Students with less experience can apply to POCUS Probe, which is more of an introductory club-like honor society with lighter membership criteria. Enrollment for that is ongoing.
