The first integrative medicine elective is being offered on the Fort Wayne campus to second- and third-year students at IU School of Medicine.
As part of Integrative Medicine 02YF740, you will see patients in the office under the supervision of Angela D. LaSalle, MD, and Michele Helfgott, MD—both board-certified integrative medicine physicians.
You will learn evidenced-based treatment and prevention of chronic illnesses, along with a holistic approach to optimal health and healing. You will participate in both individual and shared patient appointments, as well as spend time with in-house dietician and a compound pharmacist.
