The Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) visit is March 9-12! The review team will speak to faculty, students, and residents on the Indianapolis campus as part of the accreditation process.
We’re proud of our students and faculty and remain confident that School curriculum and operations are—and will remain—fully compliant with all LCME standards and achieve full accreditation based on everyone’s tremendous efforts.
Our mission remains to create competent, compassionate physicians who can provide comfort and healing to the patients and communities they serve. We fulfill that mission even as questions remain about the impact of recent and proposed changes in law and policy at the state and federal levels.
We want to thank each of you for your contributions. Whether you served in the Self-Study and Independent Student Analysis (ISA) committees or shared valuable insights through multiple surveys and task forces, you played a crucial role in getting us here.
We’re now at the culmination of all that work. It’s our moment to shine. Let’s highlight Indiana University School of Medicine and the communities around the state that help us achieve our mission.
Thank you for helping us reach this milestone!
