Register today for the December 4 virtual information session on the Slemenda Scholars Program.
The enriching summer experience sends a handful of IU School of Medicine students to Eldoret, Kenya, between their first and second year. Students participate in rounds, collaborate on field projects and work alongside Moi University medical students. It is part of the AMPATH Kenya initiative.
Upon returning from Kenya in late July, the students present their work at IMPRS Scholars Day.
Applications for the 2025 program can be submitted through the IMPRS Summer Program application portal beginning in early December.
The event will be at 5:30 pm ET on Zoom.
