Medical school is rewarding—but let’s be real: it’s also stressful. Take a moment this month to check in with yourself and your stress levels. 

The American Institute of Stress offers helpful strategies to keep tension in check, from practicing mindfulness and setting boundaries to making time for movement and connection. Even small steps can make a big difference in your well-being.
