Bio
Dr. Farouq Alahmed received their medical degree from Alexandria University in Egypt before completing a research fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. As the resident representative to the House Staff Forum, Dr. Alahmed is an Internal Medicine resident at the IU School of Medicine in Bloomington who bridges communication with leadership while actively supporting the well-being of fellow residents. Above all, they are dedicated to building meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients and providing compassionate, continuous care.
