Bio

Why I chose Family Medicine: Family medicine allows me to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while addressing their diverse healthcare needs. As a family physician, I aim to make an impactful contribution to both individual lives and community health through providing accessible healthcare, promoting patient education, and supporting patients’ overall well-being. The breadth of family medicine ensures that each day brings unique experiences, making it a stimulating and deeply rewarding field to pursue.  Why I chose the IU Family Medicine Residency Program: There are many reasons why the IU Family Medicine Residency Program felt like the right place for me to grow both personally and professionally. I was drawn to the program because of its location, comprehensive training, and specialty tracks. Having the flexibility to tailor my learning experience to align with my interests as a physician is important to me. During and after my interview, the faculty and residents were extremely welcoming and personable. Everyone I connected with answered my questions and shared their experiences with great enthusiasm. I could not be happier to be a part of such a supportive environment.  Interests and hobbies: Trying new restaurants/cafes, jewellery making, road trips, watching documentaries, and spending quality time with family and friends.
