Dr. Mandrell is from Oxford, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky. He is interested in pediatric mental health and general pediatrics. He enjoys spending time outdoors, orienteering, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family!
