Areesh Bhatti, MBBS

Bio

Dr. Bhatti is originally from Pakistan. She completed her medical education at the Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. Her interest in pediatrics was sparked by her interactions with her nieces and nephews. She explored this interest in medical school, where she developed a passion for pediatric cardiology. She has since been involved in clinical, research, and advocacy work focusing on general pediatric and cardiac health in resource-limited settings. After residency, she is planning to pursue a cardiology fellowship and work to improve health access for children with heart disease in Pakistan and globally. Apart from her medical pursuits, Dr. Bhatti finds joy in swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family.
