Dr. Dover grew up in Shelbyville, Indiana. He attended Indiana University, majoring in Human Biology and minoring in Spanish, and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine. He is interested in completing a neonatology fellowship after residency. His hobbies include spending time outdoors with his wife and son, walking his two dogs, cycling, and playing soccer.
