INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation seeks adults with a traumatic brain injury for a clinical study of buspirone, an FDA-approved anxiety medication, and its effects on reducing irritability and aggression.

To qualify, participants must be between the ages of 18 and 70 and have experienced irritability and aggression following a traumatic brain injury that occurred at least six months before entering the study. The study also will assess ways to measure irritability and aggression.
