Bio
A graduate of the Institute of Medicine at Tribhuvan University, Dr. Astha Poudel completed pediatric residency training at Mercy Health St. Vincent Hospital. Outside of medicine, Dr. Poudel is an avid hiker and trekker who has explored some of Nepal’s most remarkable high-altitude destinations, including Tilicho Lake, Thorong La Pass, Annapurna Base Camp, and Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Dr. Poudel also enjoys watching and playing soccer, taking the field as a central defender. Recently married, Dr. Poudel enjoys spending time with family and continuing to seek out new adventures and hiking routes.
