Bio

Junchen Guo, PhD, HSPP, BCBA, is a clinical psychologist specializing in autism and developmental disabilities. 

Dr. Guo's clinical expertise includes comprehensive autism and developmental assessment, applied behavior analysis, pediatric feeding disorders, and evidence-based psychological interventions for children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns. His training emphasized multidisciplinary care, including collaboration with developmental pediatricians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, and families, as well as the use of cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, behavioral, and parent-mediated interventions. 

Dr. Guo serves as a clinical psychologist providing outpatient psychology services. He provides individual, group, and family-based therapy, and conducts intake evaluations and assessments for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.

He earned his PhD in Educational Psychology with a concentration in School Psychology from Mississippi State University, completed his APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Munroe-Meyer Institute/University of Nebraska Medical Center, and completed a child and adolescent clinical psychology postdoctoral fellowship at CentraCare/St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Guo also holds an MS in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Psychometry from Mississippi State University and a BS in Applied Psychology from Beijing Sport University. Guo joins the department as faculty after working with the department as a postdoctoral fellow.
