Dr. Jie Ren is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Health Data Science at Indiana University School of Medicine. She received her PhD in Statistics from Kansas State University. Dr. Ren’s research focuses on Bayesian sparse learning, variable selection for high-dimensional data, and Bayesian integrative models for multi-omics data. Her primary collaborative areas include traumatic brain injury (TBI), infectious diseases and immunology, genetics and bioinformatics, and microbiome studies.
