I am originally from Wisconsin and majored in Biochemistry at UW-Madison. I went to medical school at the University of Queensland-Ochsner Clinical School based in Brisbane, Australia and New Orleans. I completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Resident year at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN.
