Dr. Sheng Liu is manager @ IU side at Indiana University's Collaborative Core for Cancer Bioinformatics (C3B) shared by Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center (ISC) and NCI-designated cancer center, Purdue University Center for Cancer Research (PUCCR).
Dr. Liu received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Mississippi. He completed his postdoctoral training with a specialized focus in computational modeling of gene regulation in mammalian systems at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His research interests include machine learning, bioinformatics, and their applications to biomedical problems.
