Blair N. Welch, MD

Bio

Dr. Welch is a neonatologist in the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She provides clinical coverage at the Maternity Tower NICU, the Eskenazi Health NICU, and the IU Health North NICU. She is part of the Neonatology Simulation Team, providing training to neonatology staff, faculty, fellows, and residents at IU, along with participating in the Outreach Simulation Program throughout the state. Dr. Welch’s academic interests include simulation, medical education, and quality improvement with a specific focus on improving care for the most preterm infants.
