Bio
Chemen Neal, MD is an associate clinical professor for the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and academic generalist in obstetrics and gynecology at Riley Children's Health.
In September 2025, Dr. Neal became vice president of strategic integration for IU Health Medical Group. In this position, she manages strategic direction and stakeholder engagement across a range of clinical and support service teams and initiatives.
Prior to her present role, she served as executive associate dean for institutional engagement at the IU School of Medicine, and worked closely with academic, research and clinical leaders to advance strategic priorities in inclusive excellence for students, trainees, faculty and staff.
