Bio

Why I chose Family Medicine: I decided to pursue a career in family medicine for its broad scope of practice, allowing me to be a versatile healthcare provider for patients of all ages and backgrounds. The field offers me the opportunity to be an active voice for patients, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support and care they need throughout their healthcare journey. Moreover, the dynamic nature of family medicine presents daily challenges and opportunities, making it an exciting field to be a part of.

Why I chose the IU Health Primary Care Central Indianapolis Family Medicine Residency Program: I chose IU Indy for my residency training because it felt like the best fit for me. Not only is it close to Canada, my home, but it also offers an academic program with a strong and comprehensive curriculum. What really stood out to me were the specialized tracks tailored to my specific interests, providing a personalized learning experience. Beyond the impressive curriculum, my interview experience solidified my decision. Interacting with faculty and residents left me feeling valued and supported, reinforcing my belief that this program is the ideal environment for me to grow personally and professionally.

Personal interests and hobbies: Traveling, graphic illustration, photography, NYC pizza, summers on the lake, retail therapy, trying new workout classes.
