Why I chose Family Medicine: I chose family medicine because it allows me to build long lasting relationships with patients of all populations while emphasizing preventative medicine, patient advocacy, and patient empowerment. I look forward to practicing full spectrum medicine, learning about the community, and providing patients with compassionate care. 

Why I chose the IU Health Primary Care Central Indianapolis Family Medicine Residency Program: I loved my interactions with faculty, residents, and staff during the interview process. It was clear to see that this program emphasizes resident wellbeing and fosters a positive and productive learning environment.  I was impressed with the multiple track offerings for residents to explore their interests, robust full spectrum curriculum and strong community involvement. I look forward to training at IU Family Medicine! 

Personal interests and hobbies: I enjoy cooking, crocheting, arts and crafts, meditation, watching Bollywood movies and spending time with family and friends.
